Clerk Export & Customer Service 100% (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF75,000 - 85,000Responsibilities:
You process export orders from order to invoicing.
You clarify delivery dates, transport options and forwarding questions with the responsible partners.
You coordinate international customer orders with sales, production and scheduling.
Together with sales, you prepare sales forecasts and coordinate quantity planning internally.
You keep product data, material information and customer-specific specifications up to date.
You organise the provision and shipping of product samples on time.
You support the customer service team with technical questions regarding customer orders.
You ensure a complete flow of information between customers, freight forwarders and internal departments.
Qualifications:
Completed commercial apprenticeship or a comparable qualification.
Several years of experience in export processing, customer service or international order management.
Knowledge of international transport logistics and experience with export documents are advantageous.
Analytical thinking and a good understanding of operational processes.
Independent, structured and reliable working style.
Customer-oriented manner and professional communication.
You work pragmatically and prioritise sensibly even with short-term changes.
Very good German and good English skills as well as confident MS Office skills.
