What to expect

Consultation & Expertise (EO, UVG, KTG, MSE, FAK) As a competent contact person, you reliably accompany our employees through various life phases – whether it is family growth, military service, illness or accident. You independently handle and correspond regarding EO, UVG, KTG, MSE as well as FAK and advise our internal and external contacts professionally and understandably. Quality Awareness You keep an overview and actively contribute to making workflows even more efficient and customer-oriented. With your trained eye for detail, you ensure high quality and punctuality in case processing. Support (Email & Telephone) In daily business, you provide active support and are the helpful voice as well as the competent contact point on the phone and by email for our employees and external partners. Even with more complex issues, you stand by your colleagues with advice and assistance. Team Membership and Contribution You are an indispensable part of our HR Service Centre. With your expertise and positive attitude, you play a key role in ensuring that our daily business runs smoothly and that we achieve our goals together.

What you bring

• You have a commercial basic education and have specifically developed further in the area of personnel or social insurance
• You navigate confidently through the Swiss social insurance jungle. ATSG, coordination, UVG, KTG, family allowances and EO are not foreign words to you
• You have already gained experience, love structure and work extremely conscientiously
• HR systems such as SAP and UKA are valuable tools for you, which you master confidently
• You can explain complex matters simply – whether to authorities or our employees
