HR Specialist with Payroll Responsibility (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
You independently and punctually carry out the monthly payroll processing
You are responsible for personnel master data, social insurances, absences, insurance registrations and daily allowance controls
You advise employees and managers on salary, insurance and master data topics
You manage personnel administration from entry to exit including contracts, references and changes
You prepare HR reports, key figures and other decision-making bases
You support recruiting as well as onboarding and offboarding
You participate in HR projects, process optimisations and internal employee events
Qualifications:
Commercial basic training with HR further education, ideally HR specialist certificate or ongoing further education
Solid professional experience in payroll and Swiss social insurances
Good knowledge of labour and social insurance law
Good Excel skills as well as practical experience with Abacus
Very good German skills as well as a careful, responsible and reliable working style
