Designer / Mechatronics Engineer (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF90,000 - 110,000Our ROCKEN partner develops and manufactures customised threaded drives with specific geometry, ideal materials and suitable hardening processes. Innovative and 100% Swiss quality - and at the same time cost-effective.
The required special tools are produced by our ROCKEN partner themselves. This enables the company to achieve a short time-to-market for application-optimised products of the highest precision and economic efficiency. Various standard threaded drives complete the range.
Responsibilities:
Development of components taking into account the product modular system with a focus on function, weight, costs, packaging, variance and assembly capability in production and service
Ensuring manufacturability and cost-optimised production of the components
Coordination with production planning in the plants regarding cable routing concepts and sampling
Creation of requirement specifications in the mechatronic field
Project-related support of production and assembly
Qualifications:
Completed training as a designer, polymechanic or automation technician, supplemented by studies (HF/FH) in mechatronics, mechanical engineering, precision or microtechnology or a comparable career path
Solid knowledge in the use of 3D CAD systems (SolidWorks, Siemens NX preferred)
Knowledge of EPLAN P8 is an advantage
In-depth understanding of manufacturing technologies, machine elements and their dimensioning
Extensive technical know-how and experience in special machine construction are desirable
