Technical Clerk (m/f)
With these tasks, you ensure happy customers:
* you take telephone orders and advise customers competently
* you provide information about products, prices, discounts, stock levels, and delivery dates of commercial products
* you record and process orders with SAP
* you ensure the quality and throughput times of orders
* you support the sales team with recording and processing orders
* you maintain communication with the internal sales department in Western Switzerland

You are our man or woman if you:
* have training as a heating or sanitary installer
* possibly have already furthered your commercial education
* enjoy and are good at working with a PC
* ideally have SAP experience
* value customer contact and are strong in negotiation in German and French
* have an open personality and enjoy communicating
