For our client in the insurance sector, we are looking for a meticulous and digitally savvy individual. In this role, you will ensure the structured processing and digitisation of information, thereby making an important contribution to efficient internal processes.

Digital Input Employee (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Checking, recording and digital processing of incoming emails and documents
• Classification and indexing of documents from claims, legal protection and provision
• Digitisation and structured filing of incoming mail
• Preparation and processing of external data carriers according to internal guidelines
• Recording and preparation of relevant data for the claims department
• Ensuring high data quality and timely processing

Your Profile

• Commercial training or several years of professional experience, ideally in the insurance environment
• Very good German skills, both spoken and written
• French skills at least at a basic level
• Very good user knowledge of MS Office and a high IT affinity
• Quick comprehension as well as a structured and precise way of working
• Reliable and quality-conscious even under high workload
• Team-oriented, flexible and responsible personality
