What to expect

• As Technical Lead, you will take on the development and further advancement of our solar business in the segment of single-family homes and smaller multi-family houses and actively shape our growth trajectory.
• Together with the management team and specialists, you will develop processes, tools, and standards further and contribute your ideas as well as your technical expertise specifically in products, procurement, and partner management.
• In your role as Project Manager, you plan, design, and implement demanding solar projects – from conception to successful commissioning.
• You will keep an eye on deadlines, costs, and quality standards at all times and ensure professional implementation as well as successful handover to our customers.
• You will independently coordinate construction, connection, and subsidy applications and ensure efficient and clean administrative project handling.
• As the central contact person, you will lead subcontractors, award contracts, and coordinate all work on the construction site.

What you bring

• Several years of experience in leading and realising solar projects with overall responsibility as well as sound knowledge in project management distinguish you.
• You think entrepreneurially, recognise potential, and ideally have the ability and experience to develop and sustainably build a growing business area in a structured way.
• You bring sound knowledge of PV systems and their components – from solar modules to inverters to energy management systems.
• A completed apprenticeship as an electrical installer EFZ or a comparable basic training forms the basis of your expertise; ideally complemented by further training at the HF level or in the solar sector, for example as a solar installation project manager.
• You manage projects in a structured, independent, and solution-oriented manner and convince with your sense for quality, costs, and deadlines.
• In communication with customers, partner companies, and internal interfaces, you present yourself confidently, reliably, and professionally.
• Very good German language skills as well as a category B driving licence complete your profile.
