Technical Support Engineer (m/f/d)

You provide technical support for service technicians during installations, commissioning, and repairs
You independently analyse and resolve faults in alarm transmission devices, control centres, and platforms
As a contact person, you coordinate collaboration with partners and suppliers
You also conduct tests, training sessions, and technical documentation and actively contribute to projects
Qualifications:
You bring a solid foundation with a basic education in computer science or electrical engineering
Further training as a technician HF in telematics, computer science, or communication technology is an advantage
You have experience with communication networks, service, repairs, commissioning, and technical support.
Very good German and French skills as well as the willingness to contribute your expertise complete your profile
