First-line support for employees with IT problems, questions or change requests (phone, email, ticket system)
Support at 1st and 2nd level for hardware and software
Installation, configuration and maintenance of computers and peripheral devices
Management of accounts and access rights to ensure efficiency and security
Recording support cases and solutions to secure knowledge
Support in IT projects and optimisation of systems
Qualifications:
Completed IT training and professional experience
Experience with Windows 11, Microsoft 365 and common workplace tools
Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux) and office applications
Very good German language skills
