The Volaris Switzerland & Austria group acquires and develops software companies for the long term. Volaris is looking for a committed and numbers-savvy individual as a Finance Controller who will enrich the company with expertise and initiative. Your Responsibilities

• You prepare analyses, reports and forecasts and provide decision-making bases

• Responsibility for budgeting & forecasting and support of business cases

• You ensure management reporting according to IFRS

• Monitoring of relevant key figures and identification of optimisation potential

• You assist with monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements

• Continuous development of processes and systems in controlling

Your Profile

• A completed degree in finance, controlling, accounting or a comparable further qualification (e.g. certified controller, CIMA, ACCA, Swiss federal certified expert) forms your basis

• You bring at least 3 years of experience in controlling or financial accounting - ideally in an SME environment or in a group

• Sound Excel skills and a good understanding of financial accounting and booking logics characterise you

• You have very good German skills and English skills at B2 level

• You think analytically, act solution-oriented and convince as a team player with strong communication skills
  Nice to have, but not essential:

• Experience with Power BI or other reporting tools

• Knowledge of consolidation and IFRS

• Interest in process optimisation and digitalisation
