Salary - CHF87,000 - 100,000Role:
Would you like to combine your experience in real estate accounting with varied tasks related to property management? For an established company with its own real estate portfolio, we are looking for an independent individual who enjoys handling numbers as much as maintaining contact with tenants, craftsmen and service providers. In addition to real estate accounting, you will gain insight into property management and can actively participate in various projects.
Responsibilities:
You independently manage the real estate accounting and handle debtors, creditors, payment runs and dunning processes
You assist with rental contracts, changes and ongoing correspondence with tenants
You contribute to the preparation of rent and ancillary cost statements
You support viewings, apartment inspections and handovers as well as initial lettings
You take on further administrative tasks related to property management and the real estate portfolio
Qualifications:
You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and have experience in real estate accounting
You are ideally familiar with Immotop2
You have good MS Office skills
You communicate fluently in German; additional language skills are an advantage
You hold a category B driving licence and are open to occasional on-site appointments
