Development Engineer with Design Experience (m/f/d)

Our Rocken partner develops and delivers complete high-voltage cable systems for critical infrastructure projects worldwide. From planning through installation to long-term service, the company takes full responsibility for engineering, coordination, and performance. The scope of work includes high-voltage cables up to 550 kV, customised components, and comprehensive project management – from system design to commissioning. With technical depth and application know-how, demanding infrastructure projects are supported worldwide. The teams work closely with customers, with clear responsibility and implementation strength. Independent project management for development initiatives in close coordination with development management.
Active role in the R&D Scrum team to successfully implement specific sub-aspects.
Building expertise in materials and process engineering to optimise development processes.
Ensuring compliance with technical, time, and financial targets in projects.
Driving innovation processes in line with the company strategy.
Qualifications:
Completed vocational training as a designer EFZ (FH degree).
Several years of experience in product development.
Proficient in 3D CAD, preferably with Inventor.
Good English skills (written and spoken).
