For our TOP client, a leading company in the electrical and telecommunications industry, we are looking for a Technician Supporter - Dispatching Technician Supporter - Dispatching for the Olten region
Your Tasks
- Take on scheduling and administrative tasks for technicians.
- Process customer files and plan assignments in coordination with technicians and fitters.
- Contact person for questions from customers, technicians and project managers
- Obtain clarifications from suppliers and service providers.
- Data entry in the IT system
Our Requirements
- Commercial vocational training (or similar education).
- Experience in coordination / dispatching.
- Experience in customer support.
- Enjoy telephone contact with external and internal customers.
- SAP knowledge is an advantage.
- German as mother tongue.
- Very good knowledge of French.
