Experienced Accountant (80-100%)
Your profile interests us
Holder of a commercial employee CFC or an equivalent qualification, you have at least five years’ experience in general accounting and master the principles of Swiss accounting. Additional training in accounting is an asset.
Meticulous, autonomous and organised, you know how to manage your priorities in a dynamic environment. You are curious to understand the professions behind the figures. Comfortable with ERP systems and Excel, you ideally have knowledge of Immopac or ProConcept. Experience in real estate accounting, occupational pension provision or taxation is appreciated. With a good team spirit, you enjoy collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
We offer you
Your main tasks within the Accounting & Budgets department
- You will take charge of real estate accounting in partnership with the designated accountant: processing entries (rent, charges, works), monitoring flows, integrating and reconciling accounting data managed by the property management companies, in close collaboration with the real estate division and the property managers.
- You will contribute to maintaining the Fund’s general accounting (suppliers, fixed assets, analytical accounting, tax documents) and participate in quarterly and annual closing work (general accounting and subsidiary ledgers).
- You will collaborate daily with other CPEG departments, notably real estate, insurance and investments.
- You will contribute to the development of processes and tools, particularly regarding reporting, data quality and the automation of certain recurring tasks.
