Professional System Engineer (m/f/d)
Our Rocken® partner specialises in IT security, cloud solutions, as well as IT outsourcing and support. They rely on innovative services and solutions, moving and orienting themselves at the pulse of technology. This results in many advantages for our customers compared to traditional IT solutions, which are less flexible and rarely scalable.
Responsibilities:
Support the IT team with technical issues and disruptions
Ensure efficient and highly available system landscapes
Proactive, independent working style with strong prioritisation skills
Accompany and advise customers on the introduction of new technologies
Solution-oriented and forward-looking development of IT environments
Qualifications:
Completed training as an IT specialist/system technician EFZ or completed computer science degree
Solid experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune and IT support
Very good German/Swiss German skills, additional languages are an advantage
Strong analytical and conceptual thinking as well as a structured working method
