ICT Engineer (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
Management, monitoring, configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting of the IT infrastructure
Support for users with technical problems
Operation and support of the VoIP platform
Setup, management and maintenance of Unix, Windows and cloud user accounts
Ensuring the quality and availability of business-critical IT services
Administration of Microsoft 365, Exchange and SharePoint
Qualifications:
Completed IT training EFZ as well as solid knowledge in Linux and network technologies such as routers, switches and firewalls
Experience with virtualisation, container technologies and cloud providers as well as in the design and maintenance of cloud infrastructures
Knowledge of shell and Python scripting as well as basic knowledge in handling Apple clients
Very good German skills spoken and written
