Senior IT System Engineer (m/f/d)

Role:
You are looking for a new challenge as a Senior ICT System Engineer and have already gained experience in this role. In this position, you take responsibility for the planning, development, and maintenance of ICT systems. You are responsible for analysing requirements and implementing solutions to meet your customers’ needs. You contribute your skills and experience to design and implement complex systems. You are an important part of the team and contribute to the further development of ICT systems.
Responsibilities:
- You implement deployment projects in cloud and on-premise environments
- In this role, you support the service desk in 2nd-level support
- As a Senior ICT System Engineer, you manage documentation and create configuration instructions
- You promote knowledge transfer to team colleagues
- You develop and maintain existing customer systems in the SME environment
- You ensure the further development of infrastructure and workplace solutions
Qualifications:
- You have completed training as an IT specialist EFZ, ideally with a subject-specific further education
- You bring several years of experience in a comparable position
- You have sound expertise with products from MS, Citrix, VMware, and others
- You are a team player with a high standard of quality
- You communicate confidently in German and English
