M365 Infrastructure Solution Engineer (m/f/d)

Diverse customer environments, modern technologies and projects with visible results: In this role, you combine technical expertise and customer orientation. You analyse existing IT landscapes, develop future-proof solutions and accompany their implementation – from the initial inventory to ongoing operations.
Responsibilities:
Further development and administration of Microsoft 365 and Azure environments
Implementation of technical customer projects in the areas of infrastructure, cloud, security and modern workplace
Responsibility for the technical implementation of client and workplace migrations
Support of Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams and Microsoft Security
Planning and introduction of modern endpoint management solutions with Intune and Autopilot
Modernisation of existing Windows and Active Directory infrastructures as well as support for cloud and hybrid migrations
Implementation of projects in the areas of network, data backup and IT security
Analysis of existing customer environments and development of technical improvement proposals
Support in the takeover and integration of new customer environments
Handling demanding technical issues in 2nd and 3rd level support
Personal support of new and existing customers as well as regular on-site assignments
Qualifications:
Several years of practical experience as a system engineer or in a comparable role
Very good knowledge of the Microsoft environment, especially Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Azure
Solid understanding of Windows Server, Active Directory and hybrid IT landscapes
Additional knowledge in technologies such as Intune, Microsoft Security, HPE, Aruba, Fortinet, Sophos or Veeam is welcome
Experience in carrying out IT projects and dealing with different customer environments
Customer-oriented and communicative personality with enjoyment of independent work
Fluent in German
