For the reopening of our TopShop in Paudex, we are immediately or by agreement looking for a TopShop Manager 80-100% m/f/d.
Exciting tasks
- Recruit, integrate and support your team in the context of the opening of the new site.
- Actively participate in the preparation and opening of the new service station and its shop.
- Ensure the operational management of the shop and service station to guarantee their smooth daily operation.
- Develop a positive working atmosphere that encourages commitment, autonomy and responsibility among employees.
- Supervise, motivate and develop your team in a spirit of collaboration and performance.
- Establish schedules, organise work and ensure ongoing training of employees.
- Guarantee a warm welcome and quality customer service, while ensuring proper cash register management.
- Ensure the achievement of commercial objectives, quality of services and customer satisfaction.
- Manage orders, stocks, as well as control losses and unsold goods.
- Control receipt, shelving, restocking and attractive presentation of goods.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, concept, quality standards and internal procedures.
- Ensure cleanliness, maintenance and attractiveness of the shop, service station and outdoor areas.
- Handle the administrative follow-up of the site (processing invoices, inventories, key figure cockpit/reporting controls, etc.).
- Be proactive in proposing continuous improvements to organisation, sales and customer experience.
Profile sought
- Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as a retail manager or equivalent training.
- Additional training in management, leadership or business administration is a real asset.
- Proven experience in managing a shop, service station or local business.
- Experience in supervising and developing a team.
- Leadership skills, ability to unite, motivate and support employees.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, communication and organisational abilities.
- Strong customer orientation, passion for advice and sales, with a keen sense of service quality.
- Dynamic, proactive, versatile personality capable of managing priorities.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, autonomy and ability to take initiative.
- Comfortable with common IT tools and administrative tasks.
- Flexible and available to work variable hours between 5:00 and 22:00, including weekends and public holidays.
