Responsibilities:
- Carrying out electrical installations, maintenance, and repair work at our customers' premises.
- Error analysis, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems and components.
- Commissioning and testing of electrical systems as well as ensuring compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
- Advising and supporting our customers with technical questions and concerns.
- Documenting the work performed and preparing service reports.
- Ensuring high customer satisfaction through competent and friendly service.
- Active participation in projects and close collaboration with the sales and service team.
Qualifications:
- Completed vocational training in the electrical field (electrician, mechatronics technician, electrical fitter, automotive specialist)
- Professional experience in electrical installations, ideally in the service sector.
- Good knowledge in fault diagnosis and repair as well as commissioning of electrical systems.
- Independent, reliable, and customer-oriented working style.
- Teamwork skills, flexibility, and resilience.
- Driving licence class B.
- Good German language skills, spoken and written.
