INFRASTRUCTURE MANAGER & SECURITY OFFICER (M/F)
Mission:
You will be responsible for the security, development and operational maintenance of the company’s IT infrastructure. Furthermore, you will manage the administration of systems, networks, backup solutions and security tools, while actively participating in projects to evolve our IT environment and supporting users.
Your responsibilities:
Infrastructure administration & maintenance
- Ensure the administration, maintenance and development of server infrastructures, virtualisation (VMware/Proxmox) and Active Directory services.
- Manage network equipment, Microsoft Entra Cloud Sync synchronisation as well as system supervision and monitoring.
- Guarantee the availability, performance and security of the infrastructure while maintaining up-to-date technical documentation.
Backup administration & maintenance
- Ensure the administration, optimisation and monitoring of the Veeam Backup & Replication solution.
- Guarantee data protection by applying backup and retention policies and performing regular restoration tests.
- Contribute to the Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) and Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation of backup and recovery procedures.
Security
- Manage and operate security solutions, access controls and associated infrastructures (PKI, MFA, VPN, firewalls and network access control).
- Ensure the protection of systems and data by conducting vulnerability analyses, managing security incidents and applying remediation measures.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of cybersecurity through technological watch, optimisation of existing solutions and maintaining a high level of security.
IT Projects
- Actively participate in IT projects
- Collaborate with external partners and suppliers
- Conduct technological watch and propose improvements
Support & incident management
- Manage and process tickets daily.
- Track and document incidents in the ITSM tool.
- Provide user support (levels 2 and 3) and resolve incidents.
Your profile
- Higher education in computer science (ES, HES, Bachelor or equivalent); additional training in cybersecurity is an asset
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role, with proven experience in Microsoft and virtualised infrastructure administration
- Proficiency in Windows Server environments, Active Directory/GPO, Microsoft 365/Entra ID, VMware and Proxmox
- Experience with Veeam Backup & Replication, Palo Alto/Panorama firewalls and PKI/NAC solutions (ClearPass or equivalent)
- Good knowledge of TCP/IP networks, VLAN, VPN, switching and routing
- French and English at minimum B2 level
- Autonomy, rigour, service orientation and team spirit
