Internal Sales Consultant Building Technology (m/f/d)

Role:
As an Internal Sales Consultant Building Technology, you are the competent contact person for our customers and support them with technical questions, orders, and digital services. With your expertise in building technology and your strong service orientation, you ensure professional customer care and efficient order processing.
Responsibilities:
Expert advice to our customers in the field of building technology
Receipt, processing, and recording of enquiries, orders, and complaints in SAP
Preparation of material lists based on quotations and technical plans
Support of the sales field service in maintaining customer relationship data in the CRM system
Taking over the first-level support for digital services and online shop enquiries
Participation in marketing and sales campaigns in the CRM
Preparation of offers, confirmation of conditions, and general correspondence
Ensuring efficient and customer-oriented order processing
Qualifications:
Completed vocational training in the field of building technology, ideally as a sanitary installer EFZ or heating installer EFZ
Several years of experience in internal sales
Strong service and customer orientation
High affinity for digital services and business applications
Good knowledge of MS Office; experience with CRM and SAP systems is an advantage
Independent, structured, and reliable working style
Confident German language skills, both spoken and written
