To expand the existing consulting team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a
ABACUS Consultant 80 - 100% (m/f/d) for the "Finance" sector - You connect people, processes and Abacus solutions.
Your tasks:- Assisting with and independently carrying out ABACUS implementation projects with a focus on finance and accounting
- Clarifying customer needs and advising on the design and optimisation of processes
- Developing solution concepts for implementation using ABACUS software
- Conducting ABACUS user training, usually individually on-site at your customer or via remote access
- Creating and revising training materials and informing about upcoming or current software updates
- 1st-level customer support
- You have several years of professional experience in finance and accounting (e.g. as a financial accountant or head of accounting) and are confident with balance sheets and financial statements
- You provide competent and expert advice to ensure continuous customer care and customer loyalty to the company
- You appreciate direct and personal customer contact
- You are IT-savvy and have user experience with ERP systems
- Project experience, technical flair and strong communication skills
- Ability to think outside the box, a networked way of thinking and profound business management know-how
