Responsibilities:
You process customer orders up to the completion of invoicing.
Material disposition is carried out in coordination with suppliers and internal demand holders.
You prepare offers for recurring orders including calculation and follow-up.
You use technical documents to determine requirements and to obtain supplier quotations.
In case of schedule changes and document deviations, you coordinate the necessary corrections.
You handle import and export processes taking into account the required documents.
You process customer returns administratively and coordinate further handling.
You keep master and transaction data up to date in the ERP and CRM systems.
Qualifications:
Completed commercial or technical-commercial apprenticeship, ideally supplemented by further training.
Several years of experience in order processing and export, preferably in an international environment.
Knowledge in the procurement of technical components and dealing with suppliers.
Confident handling of ERP and CRM applications; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
Technical understanding and routine in reading technical drawings.
Structured, independent working style with confident prioritisation of parallel orders.
Customer-oriented manner, negotiation skills and factual communication in case of deviations.
Very good German skills as well as good English skills.
