The Intercommunal Drinking Water Distribution Service of Rolle is approximately looking for a: Scholarship Holder Activity rate 30 – 40% Your main tasks:
Your main tasks:
- Maintaining general accounting according to MCH2,
- Preparation, monitoring and control of the annual budget,
- Financial analysis and control of the Service's accounts,
- Carrying out all annual account closing operations,
- Management of the balance sheet and monitoring of investments,
- Relations with the auditing body, the Prefecture and cantonal services,
- Assistance in drafting reports related to the budget and accounts,
- Support to the Management Committee when drafting reports - finance section,
- Participation in meetings of the Management Committee, Commissions and the Intercommunal Council,
- Preparation of VAT statements, management and planning of current treasury (payments, liquidity, loans),
- Management and payment of supplier invoices,
- Preparation and monitoring of tax and instalment invoices,
- Preparation of service charge invoices and monitoring of receipts,
- Monitoring of debtors and management of disputes,
- Management of property income (rental of an apartment),
- Monitoring of subsidies and contributions.
Experience and training:
- Federal diploma as a specialist in finance and accounting or equivalent qualification,
- Experience in municipal accounting MCH2,
- Proficiency in IT tools, especially those specific to municipal accounting (Citizen),
- Autonomy, rigour, interpersonal skills, sense of responsibility, discretion and collaborative spirit,
- Swiss nationality or valid work permit, clean criminal record.
