Handle customer enquiries regarding technical properties, applications, and product versions.
Develop and technically coordinate individual solutions for industrial applications.
Create product calculations for standard items and customised versions.
Contribute to the planning and maintenance of the trading assortment.
Investigate quality deviations and coordinate the handling of complaints.
Check technical product data and prepare it for internal and external enquiries.
Gradually expand expertise in industrial fittings and sealing technology.
Convey product-related information internally and support technical queries.
Qualifications:
Completed technical or commercial apprenticeship with corresponding further training in the other field.
Knowledge in the use of industrial hoses, fittings, or flat gaskets is advantageous.
Strong interest in technical products and industrial processes.
Experience with SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and Excel is desirable.
Independent working style with structured planning and reliable appointment organisation.
Customer-oriented thinking and initiative in handling technical matters.
Teamwork, sense of responsibility, and willingness to share professional knowledge.
Very good German skills; basic English and French skills are advantageous.
