Real Estate Accountant (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF75,000 - 95,000Role:
Our client is an established Swiss real estate company specialising in the professional management and care of properties. With many years of experience and personal customer service, the company comprehensively supports owners and tenants and stands for reliable and sustainable property management.

Responsibilities:
You independently manage the financial accounting for real estate-related transactions and ensure correct posting.
You carefully check, post, and monitor rent and ancillary cost statements.
You prepare monthly and annual financial statements for real estate-related accounts and ensure reliable closing quality.
In exchange with auditors, tax consultants, and other external partners, you coordinate finance-related matters.
You support budgeting and forecast planning for real estate projects and actively contribute to financial planning processes.
Qualifications:
You have completed a commercial apprenticeship with a focus on finance and accounting.
You bring several years of professional experience in accounting within the real estate industry.
You work structured, precisely, and reliably and have a keen eye for numbers and details.
You present yourself professionally and reliably when dealing with various internal and external contacts.
You have very good German language skills.
