Support of the 1st-level ICT support for applications, clients, servers and networks
Analysis, classification and processing of incidents and support tickets including documentation
Installation, maintenance and management of workstation systems, peripherals and mobile devices
Administration of user accounts and access rights as well as maintenance of the hardware inventory
Support of the 2nd level support, creation of knowledge articles as well as participation in service desk, on-call service and training
Qualifications:
Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ or comparable IT qualification
Professional experience in technical support or customer service
Good knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365/Office as well as hardware and software
Analytical, structured and independent working style with a strong customer and service orientation
Very good German language skills spoken and written; training as a vocational trainer is an advantage
Residence in Switzerland or willingness to relocate or work as a cross-border commuter
