Purchasing & Order Processing Clerk 100% (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
You schedule goods from the European and international supplier portfolio.
You accompany orders until delivery and inspection of the goods.
You manage suppliers and freight forwarders in daily business.
You handle customer enquiries from quotation to invoicing.
You support sales advisors in coordinating ongoing orders.
In case of delivery deviations, you clarify the next steps with the responsible departments.
You maintain and check all order data in the ERP system.
In the future, you will take on additional responsibility for internal sales.
Qualifications:
Commercial apprenticeship with several years of professional experience in purchasing or order management.
Experience in international procurement is required.
Confident use of MS Office and common ERP systems.
Knowledge of Abacus is desirable.
Independent working style with a strong sense of responsibility.
Negotiation skills and a consistent manner in supplier contact.
Interest in future leadership responsibility.
Very good German and good English skills for communication with international business partners.
