System Engineer Network & Cloud (m/f/d)
Role:
As a System Engineer Network & Cloud, you plan and implement IT networks for various customer environments. The role combines technology with project responsibility and direct customer contact. You introduce new technologies into existing systems and ensure stable operations. Those who enjoy working independently and appreciate varied environments will find an exciting role here.
Responsibilities:
You plan and implement IT networks and take on project management
You maintain existing customer environments and reliably resolve faults
Furthermore, you implement new technologies into existing system landscapes
You automate standardised processes and document the systems thoroughly
Additionally, you support the helpdesk in 2nd level support
You also maintain contact with customers
Qualifications:
You have completed training in system technology or platform development, alternatively an apprenticeship with suitable further training
You have very good knowledge of Microsoft Server and client environments
You are well versed in Microsoft 365 (M365) and Entra ID
Solid knowledge in network technology completes your profile
Analytical thinking, quick comprehension, and enjoyment of customer contact characterise you
Additionally, you have good English skills and a category B driving licence
