Role:
Do you want to combine your technical understanding with the organisation of industrial manufacturing processes? In this role, you create the foundations for reliable production execution, manage important ERP data, and coordinate various manufacturing orders. At the same time, you contribute to the further development of cross-site processes.
Responsibilities:
You organise manufacturing orders for prototypes, initial samples, and series products and also take care of necessary rework.
You ensure a reliable data basis in the ERP system and keep bills of materials, manufacturing specifications, and workplace information up to date.
You clarify technical questions and scheduling requirements together with the responsible departments.
You develop uniform workflows with other production sites and support their implementation.
You check production master data for inconsistencies and ensure that necessary adjustments are implemented.
You contribute to the optimisation of internal processes, work documents, and ERP applications in the order centre.
You ensure close coordination between manufacturing, production planning, project management, purchasing, and sales.
Qualifications:
You have completed a technical apprenticeship, for example as a polymechanic EFZ or draftsman EFZ.
You have experience in work preparation, production planning, or management of technical production data.
You understand the interrelations of industrial manufacturing processes and the workflows along the value chain.
Ideally, you have completed further training as a process expert, technician HF, or technical business administrator.
You have good ERP knowledge, preferably in SAP with the modules PP, MM, and SD. You are familiar with common MS Office applications.
Ideally, you have good English skills.
