Building Draughtsman

About the role

As a Building Draughtsman, you will join a small team to contribute to the execution phase of a luxury villa project.

Tasks

The role focuses on producing detailed execution plans, technical coordination, and site surveying.

• Produce detailed execution plans using ArchiCAD 3D
• Create precise layout plans for materials
• Ensure technical coordination with various trades
• Carry out site surveys and model existing structures
• Participate in site monitoring and compliance checks
• Work closely with architects on construction details

We are looking for

• Proficiency in ArchiCAD 3D software
• Some initial experience as a building or architectural draughtsman

An advantage if you have

• Knowledge of Swiss construction standards
