Salary - CHF75,000 - 90,000Our client is an established technology company and part of an internationally successful corporate group. The company develops and sells technically sophisticated system solutions for industrial and municipal applications and has a strong presence in the European market. Responsibilities:
Processing customer and supplier orders up to invoicing
Coordination of international transports and shipping dates
Preparation and verification of freight and shipping documents
Written and telephone support of customers, suppliers and freight forwarders
Monitoring ongoing deliveries and logistical deadlines
Calculation and control of transport costs
Handling complaints and concerns after sales
Taking on deputising duties within the team
Qualifications:
Completed commercial apprenticeship in forwarding or logistics environment
Professional experience in international order processing
Customer-oriented and reliable working style
Independent organisation of own area of responsibility
Sense of responsibility regarding deadlines and orders
Resilience even with increased workload
Networked thinking and willingness to collaborate in a team
Business fluent German and good English skills
