Are you looking for a stable, varied and long-term position in a healthy and pleasant working environment?
We are recruiting, for a well-known fiduciary in the Fribourg area,
a part-time Internal Accountant
capable of handling, with rigour and autonomy, the various accounting tasks related to the internal management of the organisation.
Within a young, dynamic and committed team, you will hold a central role, with a complete and concrete scope of activity, where your organisational skills and reliability will make a difference.
Job Description
Your tasks (non-exhaustive list):
- Management and posting of routine entries
- Monitoring creditors, debtors and receipts
- Processing expense claims
- Posting salaries and social charges
- Preparation of quarterly and annual closings
- Preparation of VAT returns
- Tax declarations for legal entities
- Management of reminders and disputes
- Entry of bank documents for the pension fund
During team absences - replacements:
- Preparation of dashboards (reminders, provisions, liquidity, etc...)
- Processing receipts
Profile sought
You are a methodical, conscientious person capable of working efficiently and in a structured manner.
You appreciate environments where you have autonomy, trust and colleagues you can rely on.
In the team (4), each person manages their companies but provides backup in case of holidays or absences.

Ideally you have:
- a commercial employee CFC or an equivalent qualification
- a specialised accountant diploma: this is an asset!
- some initial experience in a similar position
- excellent command of French
- good knowledge of IT tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, M-Files)
- knowledge of WinEUR, a plus!
- a good sense of priorities and a real attention to detail

Conditions offered
- activity rate: maximum 60%
- starting date: ideally 1st October
- gross annual salary at 100%: approx. CHF 78,000.- (up to 85K), to be agreed according to profile
- 5 weeks holiday
- 4 additional days off offered
- annual closure between Christmas and New Year
- attractive pension fund
- annual bonus in September
- 13th salary in December
- parking space possible subject to availability
