Clerk: Finance and Accounting (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF75,000 - 90,000Role:
In this role as Clerk: Finance and Accounting, you contribute in an environment with high medical expertise to ensuring that financial processes are managed precisely and reliably. You benefit from regular working hours from Monday to Friday as well as the possibility to work from home. During a structured onboarding, you will get to know all relevant areas and contacts so that you can quickly find your way around. You work at a modern workplace and can contribute professionally and personally in a family-like team with a sense of humour. Within this framework, you take on responsible tasks in finance and accounting and make an important contribution to smooth processes.
Responsibilities:
Independent handling of accounts payable and accounts receivable accounting
Assistance with monthly, quarterly and annual closing tasks according to Swiss Code of Obligations (OR)
Support with accruals and period-appropriate bookings
Assistance in the preparation and control of VAT returns
Support with dunning and payment transactions
Qualifications:
You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and further training in finance and accounting
Several years of professional experience in finance and accounting in Switzerland
You are familiar with the accounting software Abacus as well as MS Office, especially Excel
You work independently, accurately and in a structured manner and have a strong numerical understanding
Fluent German skills in spoken and written form; additional language skills are advantageous
