FOR OUR CMS IN YVERDON, WE ARE RECRUITING A:

RESOP Nurse at 50% with fixed working days

YOUR MISSIONS

• Central coordination role: As the operationally responsible nurse, you coordinate client care, thus contributing to the quality and efficiency of services.
• Integration within the management office: You work closely with team leaders, planners and all home care professionals, as well as with the regional care network.
• Management of requests and communications: You ensure the processing and appropriateness of requests, managing urgent and non-urgent transmissions.
• Support for field collaborators: You respond to calls from collaborators regarding clinical questions, providing continuous support in client care.

This position represents a great opportunity for cross-functional collaboration, with active involvement in the Yverdon CMS (East, West, Adapted Apartments). Please note that working days are fixed and non-negotiable (Wednesday and Friday all day and Thursday afternoon).

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or equivalent, ideally with a specialisation in clinical evaluation or analysis.
• Deep expertise in the socio-health field with a strong interest in home care.
• Excellent interpersonal skills combined with a keen sense of organisation, strong adaptability and anticipation skills, and effective stress management.
• Very comfortable with IT tools and competent in telephone communication.
