Customer Support Technician - Electricity (M/F)

For one of our partners, a company specialised in the import and distribution of electronic security systems, based in the Neuchâtel region, we are looking for a:

Your responsibilities:

• Provide technical support by phone and e-mail to professional clients, notably installers
• Advise clients on the use, installation and operation of products
• Develop a good knowledge of the products offered and carry out tests to master their functionalities
• Assist clients in resolving technical problems
• Train clients on new products and developments of the solutions offered
• Identify clients’ needs and propose suitable products
• Prepare commercial offers based on clients’ needs and requests
• Collaborate with the team to ensure quality service and effective follow-up of requests

Your profile:

• Bilingual French-German, essential for communicating with clients throughout Switzerland
• Training in electricity, electronics or an equivalent technical field
• Interest in electronic security systems, notably alarms, video surveillance and access control
• Good analytical skills and interest in solving technical problems
• Ease in telephone and written exchanges with a professional clientele
• Service-oriented, good communication and ability to understand clients’ needs
• Autonomous, organised and curious person, eager to learn and develop technical knowledge
• Interest in customer advice and commercial activities
