ICT System Engineer (m/f/d)
Our partner is an established corporate group offering individual and customised construction services. The company provides an independent and responsible area of work as well as a trustworthy and pleasant working atmosphere.
Responsibilities:
Operation and maintenance of the ICT service catalogue including 2nd and 3rd level support
Automation of processes, conducting function tests and ensuring cyber security
Creation and maintenance of technical documentation, active participation in ICT projects from concept to implementation
Analysis and optimisation of process-oriented workflows across departmental boundaries
Qualifications:
IT training as an IT specialist EFZ (system technology) or equivalent qualification
2-3 years of practical experience in supporting complex IT infrastructures
Desirable: certifications in networking (e.g. CCNA), cyber security, ITIL or Microsoft 365
Fluent communication in German and English, French as an additional advantage
Ideally familiar with industrial processes and their IT-specific requirements
