Identity & Access Management Consultant (m/f/d)

Role:
In this position, you support companies in designing and further developing modern identity and access management solutions. You develop access models, create security policies, and accompany the implementation of IAM concepts and governance structures.
You work closely with business units and IT teams to implement security requirements in a practical manner. In doing so, you combine technical know-how with business understanding and contribute to the secure management of digital identities and permissions.
Responsibilities:
Development of IAM strategies, concepts, and demand-oriented access models
Support for the introduction and further development of IAM systems and governance processes
Analysis of existing role, rights, and permission structures as well as development of optimisation measures
Definition and implementation of policies and standards for access control
Collaboration with business and IT stakeholders to implement security requirements
Qualifications:
Initial practical experience in identity & access management, IT security, or governance
Knowledge in creating concepts, policies, and processes for digital identities
Technical understanding and strong entrepreneurial thinking
Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented working style
Fluent German and English skills
Completed university degree at bachelor or master level
