Order Processing 80-100%

For our long-standing and successful client in Zurich, we are looking for a professional in order processing with very good French skills.

Tasks

• Handling customer orders from acceptance to delivery
• Communication with French-speaking customers and suppliers
• Creation and processing of order confirmations, delivery notes and invoices
• Coordination and monitoring of delivery dates
• Support of sales in administrative tasks
• Maintenance of the customer database and management of customer correspondence
• Handling complaints and ensuring high customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Completed commercial training
• Several years of professional experience in order processing or customer service
• German at native speaker level and very good French skills in spoken and written form
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) desirable
• High service orientation and enjoyment in dealing with customers
