Operation, administration and continuous further development of Citrix-based customer platforms
Design, construction and maintenance of high-performance platforms for customer applications
Support in second- and third-level support as well as active participation in technical projects
Development and implementation of automation and optimisation solutions to increase platform efficiency
Creation, maintenance and ongoing updating of technical documentation
Qualifications:
Completed IT training or a comparable qualification
Solid practical experience in the operation and further development of Citrix, VDI and terminal server environments
Knowledge of automation with PowerShell or Python
Willingness to take on occasional on-call duties
Very good German language skills spoken and written
