ICT Workplace Engineer (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
Design and implementation of automated application packaging solutions
Packaging complex Windows applications for automated corporate installations
Transformation of classic setups into standardised and centrally distributable packages
Development of PowerShell-based automations and installation routines
Working with MSI, MSIX, and modern deployment technologies
Analysis of installation processes, dependencies, and technical error patterns
Optimisation of existing software packages regarding stability, maintainability, and deployment time
Integration of packages into modern endpoint and software distribution solutions
Support with Microsoft Intune, Configuration Manager, and comparable platforms
Accompanying the entire application lifecycle from packaging to distribution
Technical consulting of customers and internal contacts on packaging topics
Building reusable standards, templates, and automations
Qualifications:
Technical training in IT, system technology, or a comparable qualification
Enthusiasm for Windows, software deployment, and automation
Interest in application packaging and modern endpoint management solutions
Initial experience with PowerShell, Windows Installer, or software distribution is a plus
Enjoy analysing technical contexts and developing pragmatic solutions
High willingness to learn and interest in new Microsoft technologies
Structured and quality-conscious working style
Confident appearance and strong communication skills
Sense of responsibility and enjoyment of direct customer contact
