Internal Sales Clerk (m/f/d)
Our ROCKEN partner develops and produces packaging solutions made of corrugated cardboard, wood, and foam for industry, sets up packing workstations, and trades in packaging systems and transport accessories. The company is part of a globally operating group with over 4000 employees and employs around 50 staff at the Swiss location.
Responsibilities:
Customer support and advice in internal sales (by phone and in writing)
Order processing from quotation to invoicing
Maintenance of customer and master data in the ERP system
Support of the field service in the preparation and follow-up of appointments
Handling of complaints and returns
Qualifications:
Completed commercial training
Professional experience in internal sales
Confident use of MS Office and ideally experience with ERP systems
Structured and reliable working style
Strong communication skills, team spirit, and service orientation
Very good German and English skills, French is an advantage
