- Management and optimisation of storage systems (SAN, NAS, Object Storage)
- Ensuring and monitoring backup and restore processes
- Lifecycle management for server and storage components
- Collaboration with OT teams for integration, security, and compatibility of OT systems
- Advising internal customers and technical project management in the implementation of concepts
- Analysis and resolution of performance and capacity issues
- Participation in infrastructure projects (migrations, cloud implementations, technology refresh)
- Creation and maintenance of technical documentation
- 2nd and 3rd level support for internal customers and OT users
- Knowledge transfer and conducting training sessions
- Several years of experience in system engineering
- Sound knowledge of IT system landscapes and architectures (Cloud, Azure, Microsoft Server, virtualisation, storage, backup, client workspace)
- Experience with Azure Services, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365
- Fluent German skills (C2) as well as very good English skills in spoken and written form (B2)
- Possession of a category B driving licence
- Experience as a practical trainer is an advantage

Profile
- Completed training in computer science system technology or comparable qualification (Bachelor, FH, HF, EFZ)- Several years of experience in system engineering
- Sound knowledge of IT system landscapes and architectures (Cloud, Azure, Microsoft Server, virtualisation, storage, backup, client workspace)
- Experience with Azure Services, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365
- Fluent German skills (C2) as well as very good English skills in spoken and written form (B2)
