Responsibilities:
Organisation and tracking of cross-trade shipments in international goods traffic
Evaluate transport options and compare offers by price and performance
Handling commercial shipping processes including delivery documentation and invoicing
Ongoing coordination with international customers in German and English
Coordination of open orders with internal teams and foreign logistics partners
Control transport costs and clarify deviations in deadlines or conditions
Record administrative order data and keep relevant documents up to date
Capture logistical requirements and identify possible improvements in order processing
Qualifications:
Professional experience in international transport logistics, export processing or supply chain
Basic commercial knowledge and understanding of international delivery processes
Further training in foreign trade, for example as a foreign trade clerk or foreign trade specialist, is an advantage
Confident use of ERP applications and common MS Office programmes
Experience with Abacus is desirable
Ability to independently and punctually handle multiple transport orders
Customer-oriented behaviour, negotiation skills and precise working even under high workload
Very good written and spoken German and good English skills
