On behalf of one of our clients located on the Vaud Riviera, we are looking for a

Your responsibilities

Within a multidisciplinary team, you actively participate in supporting and monitoring residents, ensuring their well-being and quality of life.

Your main tasks:

• Provide nursing care adapted to the needs of the residents.
• Assess clinical situations and ensure personalised follow-up.
• Participate in the development, implementation, and monitoring of care plans.
• Collaborate with various professionals to ensure comprehensive and coherent care.
• Support residents and their relatives with listening, respect, and professionalism.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the quality of services and care practices.

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or equivalent recognised qualification.
• Experience in psychiatry or strong interest in this field.
• Knowledge of the Montessori method is an asset.
• Good command of common IT tools.
• Excellent command of French, both spoken and written.
• Ability to work in a network and interdisciplinary environment.
