Role:
In this role, you take responsibility for the finance and real estate management of a versatile organisation in a rural area. You ensure that financial development is solidly managed and thus make a central contribution to economic stability and further development. You are responsible for planning, monitoring, and analysing financial key figures and use your expertise to support well-founded decisions. In addition, you coordinate the management of real estate portfolios and ensure that these are optimally managed and strategically further developed. You use your professional experience to design processes efficiently and establish sustainable solutions.
Responsibilities:
You independently manage the entire general ledger accounting as well as accounts receivable and payable including dunning procedures.
You reliably prepare timely financial statements and secure the internal control system (ICS).
You actively support management with precise forecasts in strategic decisions and budgeting.
The care and development of the property accounting also falls within your diverse range of tasks.
As a competent contact person, you are always available to the team for basic IT questions.
Qualifications:
You already have a successfully completed training in finance and accounting.
Several years of professional experience in a comparable management position distinguish you.
A structured way of working, pronounced numerical affinity, and a high level of analytical thinking complete your profile.
Ideally, you bring experience in property management or are highly motivated to acquire this knowledge.
Your knowledge of German, both written and spoken, is impeccable.
