Salines Suisses SA produce and process high-quality salt for numerous applications, at their three saltworks in Riburg, Schweizerhalle and Bex. Under the Salina Helvetica brand, we open our world to the public: the Salt Mines of Bex, the only mine still in operation in Switzerland with over 80,000 visitors per year, and the visitor centres of Schweizerhalle and Riburg together form the tourist offer of Salines Suisses, managed as a single domain since 2026. In Bex, behind every successful visit, there is a smoothly running organisation – this is where we need you. For the operational management of our tourist site, we are looking for:

Your role

Within the site management team, you are the person who organises the daily routine: together with our Boutique, Reception, Events and Catering managers, you plan the resources of all teams, including guides, coordinate the daily operations and develop our seasonal models in line with new offers. You are also on site as the daily manager. You unite and grow our team of managers – a motivated team with whom you strengthen the structure and culture of the site. Assortment, offer, partnerships and marketing are handled by your fellow managers – together, you make every visit a success.

What you can achieve with us

• Plan the resources and commitments of our teams according to seasons and visitor numbers
• Lead, unite and develop our team of managers, and strengthen our structure and culture
• Lead the introduction of our staff planning tool and monitor hours, costs and indicators
• Assume the role of daily manager according to the management team rotation
• Develop our seasonal models and adapt operations to new offers

Your professional and personal qualities

• Training in tourism, hospitality, management or logistics (ES/HES or equivalent)
• Several years of operational experience in tourism, hospitality or events, with team leadership and planning experience
• A unifying personality and true team spirit: you move things forward with others
• Autonomy and solution-oriented mindset, rigour and an eye for detail, always seeking optimisation
• Native French and good German and English (essential requirement) – any other language is an asset
• Strong digital affinity (planning, ERP, Excel), driving licence B, availability on weekends and public holidays according to rotation
