Currently, for our headquarters located in Biel and to strengthen our operational performance, we are looking for a:

Your Mission

Your mission is to ensure efficient, reliable and competitive production, respecting quality, cost and deadline requirements. You optimise industrial processes, develop production capacities and lead continuous improvement projects with your teams.

Your Responsibilities

In this role, both strategic and operational, you assume overall responsibility for the industrial activities of Bien-Air Dental. You manage production at the Biel site, including manufacturing and assembly, as well as assembly and repair activities in Portugal. You also lead the Supply Chain, Industrialisation and Operational Quality functions.

A true hands-on leader, you enjoy understanding manufacturing processes, analysing technical issues and developing concrete solutions. You unite your teams around ambitious goals and encourage a culture of responsibility, collaboration and performance. As a member of the extended management committee, you actively contribute to the company’s strategic directions and their industrial implementation.

What Characterises You

• You have an initial technical education, ideally in mechanics, micromechanics or automation
• Your profile is complemented by a higher engineering education ETS/HES or equivalent
• You have at least ten years’ experience in a demanding industrial environment, such as precision mechanics, medical technologies or aeronautics
• You possess solid experience in leading multidisciplinary teams, production management and continuous improvement projects
• You master industrial challenges and know how to combine technical excellence, economic efficiency and human development
• You communicate easily in French and English and are willing to travel
