Role:

As a Workplace & Infrastructure Engineer, you bring IT environments up to date and accompany companies on their journey to the cloud. The focus is on Microsoft 365 (M365), Azure, and modern workplace solutions. You not only plan projects but also lead them to completion yourself. Variety is guaranteed, as you regularly work directly at your clients and act as their technical contact.

Responsibilities:

• You plan and lead initiatives in the areas of infrastructure, security, cloud, and modern workplace.

• You migrate customer environments to hybrid or cloud-based platforms and bear the technical responsibility for client and workplace projects.

• Furthermore, you implement client lifecycle projects with Intune, Autopilot, and endpoint management.

• You administer Teams, Entra ID, Exchange Online, and Microsoft Security and continuously develop these services.

• In addition, you take care of Windows Server, Active Directory, and hybrid environments as well as backup, network, and infrastructure projects.

• You also conduct current state analyses, document thoroughly, support customer onboardings and operational takeovers, and resolve complex cases in 2nd and 3rd level support.

Qualifications:

• You have several years of experience in system engineering around Microsoft technologies.

• Your knowledge of M365, Entra ID, and Azure is solid. You are also proficient in Windows Server, Active Directory, and hybrid infrastructures.

• Ideally, you have already worked with Intune, Autopilot, endpoint management, or Microsoft Security. Knowledge of HPE servers and storage, Aruba networks, Fortinet, Sophos, or Veeam is a plus.

• You preferably bring experience with customer projects at an IT service provider and confidently analyse and document IT infrastructures.

• Additionally, your independent and solution-oriented approach allows you to tackle even complex tasks in a structured manner.

• You also enjoy visiting customers and hold a category B driving licence, as a company vehicle is available for assignments.
